Pan Fry Method: Fry in butter or margarine on both sides until lightly browned. Boil Method: Bring water to a boil. Drop Pierogi into the water and boil for about 2 minutes. When pierogi float to the top they are ready to be removed from the water. Serve Sophie’s Natural Potato Pierogi as a substitute to any starchy side. Serve with sour cream and/or sautéed onion or serve with your favorite gravy.
