Peter’s Market Hurka is a traditional pork, liver and rice ring made with our family’s own generations-old recipe. This versatile sausage is delicious with breakfast and dinner – or anytime in between! Peter’s Market Hurka can be enjoyed cold as it is fully cooked.

Serving Suggestions
If you would like to enjoy it warm, choose one of the following methods. Pan Fry: Place some butter in a frying pan and slice Hurka. Brown slices on both sides. Oven: Place Hurka in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees until it is heated through fully. Peter’s Market Hurka is great for sandwiches. Slice Hurka and place on your favorite bread and top with horseradish sauce. You can also eat it for breakfast. Slice Hurka and remove casing. Place Hurka in frying pan with butter. As the Hurka browns, break-up the slices. Once browned, scramble in eggs.
