Shipping InformationPackagingPolisheats.com packages your food order in a 1 ˝” reusable Styrofoam cooler. The cooler is then placed in a fitted corrugated box. We use ice packs in all orders and dry ice when necessary. This ensures that your product arrives to you without spoiling. This special packaging will add $5.00 to your order. Upon receipt of your order, open immediately so that your order may be stored properly. Your order is fresh frozen which means that when it is delivered your order should be frozen. If thawing has occurred, no worries, all items can be refrozen. Upon receipt please store in your freezer. If you plan to use any part of your order shortly after receipt of your order, the products that you will be using may be placed in the refrigerator to begin the thawing process until you are ready to use it. Please try to use your thawed products within 48 hours. ShippingPolisheats.com uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) when shipping your orders. You can choose from Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day. We ship to all States. Please view the map below to see how long Ground shipments will take to reach you. Below the map also find the deadlines for ordering.  Order Deadlines for UPS Ground are as follows: Monday, 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time – 4 Day Ground Transit (Red) If you are in the 5 day UPS Ground region (Orange) please choose 3 Day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. We will not ship UPS Ground if you are in the 5 day region due to the fact that product will be held in storage over the weekend and the product will spoil. Order Deadlines for various UPS Express Shipping are as follows: Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time – 3 Day Select If we receive your order past the posted times above, and we can still process and ship it by the end of the day, we will do so. During checkout you will have the ability to insert a future ship date. For example, if you place your order today, you can request that it be shipped one month from that date. Just insert the date in the specified box. We will contact you if we have any further questions in regard to the date chosen. You will be sent an email with your UPS Tracking Number and the Expected Delivery Date to the email address that you provide us with at checkout. We CANNOT ship to APO, FPA or PO Boxes. We DO NOT ship outside of the United States. We DO NOT ship C.O.D. **Please be on the lookout for your package(s). If you are sending an order to someone other then yourself, please inform the recipient that their order is on its way so that they may lookout for the package. |
