Recipe of The Month
“Quick Kiszka Dish”
You will need:
- 1 ring of Peter’s Market Kiszka
- ˝ package of Sophie’s Choice Spaetzels
- 1 Spanish Onion
- Butter
Preparation:
Cut and peel casing off the ring of Kiszka. Cut Kiszka into ˝ inch slices. Slice or chop onion. In frying pan melt butter add onion. Once onion starts to soften, add Kiszka and Spaetzels. Kiszka will crumble as it begins to brown. That’s OK. You want it to crumble so that it mixes in well with the Spaetzels and Onion. Once all has brown, it is ready to serve with a side of horseradish sauce.
