How to Order

At Polish Eats we understand that everyone has a preference when placing orders. Therefore, we offer three ways that you can place an order with us. Below please find and read the three options that are available to you. Choose one that suits you best.

On-line

To order online with Polish Eats simply search our website for the products you are interested in. Once you find the product(s) you would like to order, please do the following:

1. Add product(s) of choice to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" feature.
2. Once you have added all desired products to the "Cart", click on the "Checkout" feature.
3. During the checkout process you will be asked to enter shipping and billing information such as,
   • Name
   • Address
   • Phone Number
   • E-mail Address
   • Credit Card Information

   **You will be given the opportunity to create an account for yourself. It is NOT mandatory, but simply for your convenience if you choose to place future orders with us. If you do wish to create an account, the above information (except for your credit card information) will be stored in the system. To access it for future orders, simply type in your User ID and Password that you had chosen when you created your account.

4. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to confirm your shipping and billing information and your order.
5. Credit card information will be authorized.
6. You will be prompted to print a receipt for your records.
7. You will receive, via email, approval and confirmation.
8. Once your item has shipped you will receive shipping confirmation via email.

Telephone

To order by phone please go to our "Contact Us" page and call the Toll Free number. A customer service representative will be able to assist you. If a representative is unavailable, please leave your name and telephone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

When ordering by telephone you will be able to pay with check or credit card. We will not take your checking information over the phone, but you can mail a check to our offices. Upon receipt of your check your order will be processed and shipped. Paying with a check will prolong the processing of your order.

We do not suggest paying with a check if you need the order within 7 days of placing the order. Paying with a credit card will process your order more quickly if you need your order within 7 days of placing your order.

Facsimile

To order via fax please print the printable version of our order form. Fill in all necessary information and fax to the fax number listed on the form. Your order will be processed as soon as possible and you will be contacted with information regarding your order. Please choose whether you want to be contacted via facsimile or via telephone.
